The FabFitFun Winter 2020 Box is being shipped next month! I went through the value of each of the customizations so you can check out the value of this season’s box. No surprise, it’s awesome as always!

FabFitFun Winter 2020 Customization and Spoilers!
The contents of your FabFitFun box are randomized unless you’re a Select Member. A FabFitFun Select membership is cheaper than paying for the seasonal subscription for a year, however, you have to pay in advance.
The FabFitFun Select Membership is $189 USD. This works out to about $250 CAD, plus you have to pay shipping costs which bring the total to about $300 CAD. This is not a small amount of money, but if you get as much value out of your FabFitFun membership as I do, it’s worth it! Only Select Members get to choose the customizations listed below.
If you opt for the seasonal membership, it’s $50 USD. If you’re outside of the US, it will be $10 USD in shipping per box. This comes to approximately $80 CAD. The items below will be randomized in your Winter 2020 box if you opt for this seasonal membership. However, seasonal membership is a nice way to try FabFitFun without committing very much money!
You’ll get $10 off your first box with this link, regardless of whether you choose the annual or seasonal membership.
Total Value of the FabFitFun Winter 2020 Box is $191 to $343 USD
The FabFitFun Winter Box actually has more customization choices than ever this year. However, they’re much lower value than usual. I’m seeing a lot of $30 and $40 items, where previously most customizations were $60 or more, even up to $100.
Based on the customization options below, your box will have a value of at least $191 to $343, depending on what you choose and what is chosen for you. Below is a breakdown of the value of each customization.
Customization 1 (value $42 to $90 USD)

I’m most interested in the UnHide blanket, Summer & Rose cozy robe, and the Kate Spade earrings! I think I will choose one of those three as my customization, then add on one or both other items.

There are lots of great high-end items in this customization that cost a pretty penny at Sephora! However, I’m very specific about my skincare so I’m not sure I want to switch it out. I typically lean towards home items, I am probably going to get the mugs from this customization selection.

I’m torn between the Muk-Luks cabin socks and Flight Mode hydration mask for this one! I’m leaning more towards the socks though. Winter is chilly!

I don’t really like any of these choices, unfortunately, so whatever FFF chooses for me will likely be given away.

I really want the facial dry brush, so I’m bummed subscribers don’t get to pick the customization for this choice. I also like the scrunchie and eyeliner though, so hopefully FFF chooses one of these three items for me!
My Winter 2020 FabFitFun Customization Choices
As always, I set an alarm so I could access customization as soon as it opened. Here are my picks!
I chose all the items I planned to… and added on the UnHide Lil’ Marshmallow blanket because who can have too many blankets?
My FabFitFun Winter 2020 Add-Ons
I always opt to add a few items to my box. Add-ons are a chance to get great products at a great discount! The best part is they ship with the rest of your FabFitFun box so you don’t pay any additional shipping costs.
Here are my FabFitFun Winter Box Add-ons:
Three of the items above aren’t mine, my best friend asked for them so I added them to my box. She chose the two Milk makeup sticks, and the gold chain & mask duo. Everything else are my choices!
As you can see I’m stocking up on masks by ordering 10 Noir masks. Also, ’tis the season not to say no to candles, so I added two.
I went with two items of apparel for the first time: a shirt and a faux fur jacket. I’m ridiculously excited for the jacket! I hope it looks as cool in person as it does in the photo.
Finally I rounded out my box with a pom-pom touque and a black felt letter board, which I have wanted for ages but always sold out in previous FabFitFun Boxes!
How to get these FabFitFun items without signing up for FabFitFun
FabFitFun is a huge program with over 1 million subscribers. Not everyone chooses to customize their box, or even wants all the items when they do, so it’s not uncommon for the extras to end up elsewhere on the web where you can purchase them at a discount!
If you like any of the items listed above but don’t want to pay full price from the retailer (or they’re out of stock), make sure to check sites like eBay. Be careful with cosmetics and lotions though, as those may have been opened and used. Yuck!
Important Dates!
There are some dates to keep in mind when ordering and customizing your Winter Box!
Add-Ons May October 29 to November 2
Add-Ons let you add on additional items to be shipped with your FabFitFun Box. If you’re a Canadian customer like me, this is the best way to get FabFitFun items without having to pay any extra shipping costs.
I love and hate add-ons. While I like to get extra items in my fff boxes, I find it’s easy for me to get carried away adding things to my box and spending more than I wanted. I set a budget of $35 to $50 USD every season for add-ons, and force myself to stick to it.
Select Member Customization October 30 to November 2
Customization is for all the choices I listed above! If you’re a Select Member and on the annual membership plan, you’ll get to choose which of the above items you want in your FabFitFun Winter 2020 Box.
Seasonal Member Customization
If you’re a seasonal member, your customization opens about 2 weeks later. It’s possible some of the items will be sold out by this point, so you have fewer choices than Select Members.

I’ve been a FFF member for about 3yrs and I have referred so many, never really ever done the referral credit until recently tho, but then to learn that box was the last group that was sent bc they applied my referral credit to it was a bit disappointing, you would think I would be one of the 1st for referrals, but then to get this box. WOW. This is by far the worst box yet. I have enough eye moisturizing patches for a lifetime since we seem to get those every box. But soo disappointing and with referring 3 people this past month, I hope they get a better box so they can feel the same joy as I used to. It’s the little things that made those boxes special which are not there anymore. The box itself, the tissue paper that was used in then before vs now its just paper. If you’re saving money on those things than why are the items less?? Idk I’m just very very disappointed!
